Order & Refund Policy
The pricing on HZLYRICVIDEOS.COM is based on a standard 2-verse song with a recurring hook sequence, including an intro/outro sequence. The song length should be under 4 minutes or a maximum of 400 words; otherwise, additional charges will apply.
Delivery Details
Your order will typically be delivered within 7-10 days. If further revisions are required, the delivery time may be extended accordingly. The final video will be provided in 1080p or 4K MP4 formats, with complimentary snippets included. If you need the video in other formats, they can be purchased upon request.
Creative Process
Before we begin working on your order, we will confirm the creative direction with you. This can be done using a written description and references/examples you provide, or you can leave the creative decisions to our directors.
Refund Policy
Full refunds are available if you cancel the order before video production begins. Due to the custom nature of our video animations, refunds are not available once production has started.
If you cancel the order after the creative sample stage, 50% of the total cost will be available as a credit toward a future project.
File Retention
While we strive to keep an archive of past projects, we recommend downloading your files as soon as they are provided. We cannot guarantee file availability beyond 30 days from delivery.
Ownership & Usage
Once you receive your completed video, you own all rights to the product, including any illustrations created during the process.
We may repost a snippet of your video on our social media platforms and provide a link to your released video on our YouTube channel and website. If you prefer that we do not post these, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
